a. tóˀo ktob έḷḥe wa-ˀáˁḷe díˀʸheʰ be-kitábeʰ ‘As he was writing, he made his writing low and high (that is, he wrote here below the line and there above the line)’ (Bulakh 2024:159)

b. ḥfork ˁöbhor wa-ˀáḷḥayk tos béne ‘I dug a well and I made it very deep’ (Bulakh et al. 2021:278)

• šέḷḥe 1. to be low; 2. to be deep
• ḷéḥe, ḷέḥe to join a kid to a goat other than its mother for suckling
• ľeḥé downwards
• ľáḥi feeding a kid goat
• méľḥe a kid sucking from a goat other than its mother
• méľḥe a male goat accustomed to stay in the living compound
• mέḷḥeʰ a female goat accustomed to stay in the living compound
