a. ṭérodk míˀšer wa-tóˀo éraḥ gáḥi kḷoḷk heʸh díˀʸho be-naḳf wa-ḳéroʸh wa-ḷaṭ ḷoyk beʸh ‘I was pursuing a billy-goat, and when I came into the valley, I threw a piece of cloth on its face. It jumped up and I caught it’ (CSOL I 2:48)
b. wa-gédaḥ míˀšer diˀáḷ díˀʸho ḳáḳaʰ wa-kḷeḷ heʸh wa-ḷe beʸh ‘And the billy-goat came to my brother, and he threw a piece of cloth at it and then seized it’(CSOL II 8:27)
