šérḳaḥk igľísoʰ wa-tóˀo ḷeksέ ḥumár di-ksek yenóḥoš ḥe ferwóhon ‘I reached the plateau, but whenever I came across a donkey, it wheezed at me – they were so wild!’ (CSOL III 3:8)

v. n. níḥiš:

ḷaḷ yenóḥoš ḥimár aḷ-šker meʸh níḥiš ‘When a donkey snorts, his snorting is not nice’ (field notes)
