ŝínik ḥemár di-mátḥaš yenteḥéšen tóˀo ḷiŝnέ bíḷe di-nɛhέro ˁey sewáˀan men ḥéyhe aw men nóʸher wa-ʸhe bíḷe di-ˁíẓ̂o wa-ḷáˁzez ṭáˁḷe ḷaḷ tŝóni ḥéyhe tentḥéšen kor tfóred waľľá šédre ‘I saw a donkey which was mad, and he would always snort when he saw somebody passing by, be it a man or a bird. Indeed, whenever a strong and aggressive animal sees (another) animal, it will snort (to signal that it would) run away, or (because) it sees a stranger’ (Bulakh 2024:186)
