a. wa-ho ksówek dómik dέfɛʰ di-míŝkaľ wa-tóˀo ṭáhɛr ˁag šedféroʰ ŝiyáṭ wa-šemaṭíyoʰ ḥe díˀʸho šɛľ wa-néḥe beʸh be-ṭraf ‘And it turned out that I fell asleep near the hearth, and when the man went away, the fire broke out and caught my shawl and burnt its hem’ (Bulakh et al. 2021 262)

b. ḥsomk sámyaḥ kor tšedέfor béʸhen ŝiyáṭ ‘I crushed small dry branches to make fire with them (lit. so that fire would be started with them)’ (Bulakh 2024:170)
