a. báˁad-aḷ šáˁber daráhɛm édof múgšem ḷe-ško ˁö́mor hábe kor eḳáṣaf mek ri ‘When he (a man) received his money, the boy seized his sword and said: “Let me cut off your head”’ (CSOL III 19:44)

When I met my friend, the one who gave me the money to give it to that man, he said to me: “Did the man accept it from you?” I said: “He did accept”’ (CSOL III 19:44)

a. ṭeʸh šɔm tóˀo šeṭaľímin himáˁan ˁárho di-ˁag di-yaˀáḷaḥ wa-šáˁbork heʸh ˁö́mor énhi feľán di-ṣáme šin ‘One day when we were eating our dinner, we heard the voice of a man calling us. I answered him, and he said: “Someone has died among us”’ (CSOL II 1:108)
