a. še éľľehe di-báḥľe ŝḥaf wa-tḥaṣíron mes tri ḳáˁri ˁaf ṭey šɔm ṭóhoʰ (or: ṭéšoʰ) wa-ˀezˁómen deš šɔm di-baḷ ḫsar ‘I have a milch cow, and two households consume its milk, but one day it got to its calf, and that day we stayed without milk’ (Bulakh et al. 2021:276)
b. ḷaḷ neḥóḷeb eˀḷhíten yóuˁeẓ̂ ḥŝéʸhen wa-fö́ḷho ḥŝéʸhen kor aḷ-ľáṭeš (or: ľáṭeʸh) díʸhen memheyéten ‘When we milk our cows, they are driven separately, and the calves are driven separately, lest they meet their mothers (and drink their milk)’ (Bulakh et al. 2021:276)
