ŝḥaf ḷaḷ nekéˁen men móghim yeˁeḳében di-gézhɛr wa-yeḥóumaẓ̂ beʸh wa-ḷaṭ yeẓ̂óunon ‘When milk is brought from the milking place, it is poured into a shaking vessel, a souring agent is put into it, and then it is put in a warm place to become curds.’ (CSOL II 3:10)
