a. wa-ṣet ṭahedédšen wa-gézem έˀɛfo keʰ ˁad ľinféˁ iṭáʰ deʰ nέfaˁ diyáˁ ‘They looked at each other and swore that they would not behave like this again.’ (CSOL I 5:43)

b. hóhon deš šɔm di-gezέmoʰ fe díˀɛʰ ˁážeʰ ‘I am the Sun by which your wife swore.’ (CSOL II 4:37) 

gézom keʰ ‘to swear not to do something’ (a).
