fɔ́ne έˀɛfo ľheʰ di-yúʸher eˀḷhíten yéˁed díˀʸhen ke-ˀeˀḷhíten keʰ ḥayóˀoʰ wa-keʰ ŝiḳároʰ wa-yegtéˁet šéʸhen menáḷ ľéˁed keʰ ḥay be-ḥaḷf diyáḥŝeʸh wa-bíŝi šéʸhen ḥay yeṭóuˁan béʸhen diˀáḷ ḥay wa-keʰ ŝiḳároʰ yekóudor ˁéʸhen tímhɛr wa-ľhɛg ébhɛn ‘In the former times people who were tending cows went together with their cows no matter whether it was time of abundant grass or drought, and they took pains to stay with them wherever they would go. If there was grass in another area, but no grass in their own area, they would transhume with them (the cows) to where the grass was. If there was drought, fiber of date-palms would be given to them, and other (people would give them the fiber of the trunk) from b.-trees’ (Bulakh 2024:112)
