gédaḥ tho ˁag di-yáˁyen wa-ˁö́mor énhi ḥédork ḥidéreʰ di-ḥtédroʰ ˁámok taˁmírin bíľeʰ ˁámor naˁtö́bor ḳarére wa-ḳarére ṭahároʰ ˁarέbeʰ ˁámok aḷ-tegdáḥ šek díyyeʰ deʰ ˁag di-gédaḥk di-ḥaʰ ímšin ‘A man who had an evil eye came to me and said: “You have built an excellent building”. I said:“Are you sure?” He said:“We’ll see.” And next day one wall collapsed. I said: “May no good come upon you, oh you the man who came to me yesterday”’ (Bulakh 2024:116)
