ˁag di-ˀaḷ-táˁŝe kẽʸh ŝᵉḳaʰ wa-kaḥ aḷ-ˁérob di-ḳaľľaˁiyyát kaḷ yóˁod ḥáfe wa-kaḥ ḷaṭ mérgɛg tkóseˀš tóˀo yɛˀɛľíḳin díˀʸheʰ ľíššin men ŝádaḳ id-ŝádaḳ deʰ ṭáˁḷeʰ kóusɛ šeʸh éṣrehɛ ˁabódhir ‘A man who never takes off his cape, and who knows no new-fangled commodities (such as shoes), but walks barefoot wherever he goes, toothless, whom you’ll always find chewing his tongue in one corner of the mouth or another – such a man surely has a dagger with a spotted handle!’ (CSOL III 13:15)
