b. gaˁároʰ ṭeʸh ˁážeʰ di-téken énhi wa-ˀébˀer ˁes έˀɛfo kaḷ ho ˁemέroʰ e-ˀέˀɛfo ľhe di-ˀébˀer ˁes inέm ses fuľánaʰ di-ˀaḷ-ˀebˀéroʰ ḥe ˁémer aḷ-kɔn hes mɛy ken ŝáḳar wa-mɛľ di-ḳóunom wa-ˀaḷ-metέˀyoʰ hes ‘A woman, a relative of mine, fell ill. Everybody went to visit her except me. She said to the people who came to visit her: “What about such and such? Why did she not come to visit me?”. They said: “She had no time because of the drought and the livestock to be fed (with fodder, because of the drought). She did not have time”’ (Bulakh 2024:217)

c. aḷ-kɔn énhi móho ken níbit di-témhɛr wa-feráẓ̂oʰ ḥe díˀʸho érhon ˁézork be-níbit di-témhɛr ‘I had no leisure because I had to pollinate (my) date-palms. So my goats stopped giving milk (they went dry because I did not milk them in due time). I was busy with palm pollination’ (Bulakh 2024:217)
