ˁámok féreˁ kor yeˁóumor tóʸhen ḷe-streʰ di-ˁaríš wa-tóˀo éraḥk ḳáˁar ˁímɛr énhi íľyaˁ ľheʰ féreˁ yáḥtsem wa-tóˀo ḷezgód farˁ men ḥóʸhi yáḥtsom men tóˀo néḥe beʸh šéyhom wa-ṭáhɛm béne ‘I collected some palm branches to put them upon a hut. When I came home, I was told: “These branches are bad, theywill crumble into dust”. And indeed when a palm branch is taken up from the ground, it collapses into dust because the heat of the sun has burnt it and because it is very old’ (Bulakh 2024:170)
