b. aˁdírir kin ṭeʸh ˁénoʰ tέten wa-ˀékob bar muḥámmad ˁayn aḷ-ˀeḳdémoʰ ˁésen wa-ráḥaẓ̂k mésen ídi ˁaf ṭeʸh ˁénoʰ ékobk egľísoʰ wa-ŝínik tέten sotédek wa-ˀenkerέbiľ men ṣaf wa-ˀenḳárḳer mésen ṭamóṭhim ‘One year our sheep fled and disappeared in the middle of nowhere: no eye saw them, and I washed my hands of them. But then, one year, I entered a plateau and came across some thick-haired sheep whose hair was сotted and their mouths were red’ (CSOL III 24:21)
c. ímon nebóten ḥárfi wa-šénbet be-ḳáryeʰ tímhɛr wa-tóˀo ˁö́ḳar bέˀi sotédek ḷe-ṭaḥídidš ‘This year we pollinated our palms going to bear fruit in summer, and the palm trees in the grove got well-pollinated. When the dates grew, the fruit stalks got interwoven’ (CSOL III 36:8)
