ho entέzik ˁéʸhen tóˀoṭáhɛrk men saḳɔ́ṭri bíŝi di-yeḳánem wa-yeḥóḷet wa-yenáfaˁ kal έˀɛfo keˀóuyhon wa-ho tóˀo táhɛrk entέzik éʸ​​​​​​​hen ‘I left them (my family) without help as I traveled from Soqotra (to Russia). Now they have nobody who would feed the livestock or collect fodder or work with livestock except for very few people. So, when I went away, I left them without help’ (Bulakh 2024:214)
