a. ṣafέḳa toˀókeb ḷe-ker šérmhin we-testéken ˁéyhen wa-se yeˁóumor mes ḷébḷeb megrέfɛf di-miŝíˀo ‘Nettle (Tragia balfouriana) climbs the (trunks of the) trees and gets tangled with the trees. And rims of leather buckets are made of its stem’ (Bulakh 2024:204)

b. ezdéko ẓ̂áˀed ṣáˁḷof ‘A Ziziphus spina-christi tree has got a lot of entwined foliage’ (Bulakh 2024:204)
