a. ŝínik ˁag tóˀo néṭaḳ men di-ḥáẓ̂hoḷ tóˀo gédaḥ kor yenóbets ‘I saw a man who fell down from di-ḥáẓ̂hol palm, when he came to pollinate it’ (Bulakh 2024:153)
b. ksö́wek nᵃḥaṭ témreʰ dómik wa-menáḷ ˁak édom neṭáḳoʰ ḥe ḥalóleʰ id-ri men ḥaʰ ˁaf etéḳaṭ ‘I was sleeping under a date-palm. As I was sleeping, a half-ripe date fell down upon my head from above, so that I woke up’ (Bulakh 2024:153)
