díˀʸho šouḥέroʰ ṭahέroʰ ṭeʸh ˁénoʰ wa-ḥan ḳéyhon kέrhe betáˁlin ‘My wife set off (for her business) one year, and it was when we were young and newly married’ (Naumkin et al. 2019b:80)

For semantic reasons, the verb is used only in plural forms (plural agreement for subjects denoting married couples is regular in Soqotri).
