For semantic reasons, the verb is used in feminine forms only. 

The meaning of this verb and its main conjugational features have been correctly described in Müller 1905:167. It has been completely misunderstood by Leslau who translates it ‘avoir un penchant sexueľ (LS 284). (CSOL II 6:17)
