a. aḷ-gésor ˁag ľirέ wa-ľa ľiẓ̂bέt di-gézhɛr ‘And the man was unable to drink it, nor to pour it into the shaking skin’ (CSOL II 7:22)

b. ʸhö́maẓ̂k gézhɛr di-bέker men ṣéreb wa-ho ˁad fe bar beʸh deʰ έmɛd béḷokk ŝérmoʰ be-šímiẓ̂ ˁaf yeʸhámaˁ ˁag men ḳáˁar diyáḥŝes edékeʰ di-gézhɛr tóˀo yóudok wa-menáḷ ˁak eʸhámaẓ̂ béẓ̂ek ŝeráˁyhon iľ-gézhɛr ˁaf yebáraḥ gézhɛr be-ḥóʸhi ‘I was shaking a large butter-skin one winter, and I was still a strong man at the time, so I did my shaking hard, so that a man from another house could hear the sound of the shaking. But while I was shaking it, the straps of the skin tore and it fell to the ground’ (CSOL II 25:8)
