a. wa-ˁö́mor yo yo ˁaf dékerk náˁaʰ ṭey bíľeʰ wa-ˁéyyek ḷemɛtɛ́ḷki ‘And he said: “Aha! I just remembered one thing I wanted to tell you”’ (CSOL I 4:19)

a. tóˀo ṣetk tos ḥaʰ etfakkaréyt díˀʸho be-ˀéľbeb aḷ-ṭar tho ḷe-deʰ héken dékerk díˀʸho ḷe-ri wa-ˁámok karámmɛ edɛ́foʰ ḥe ḷe-ri ḥa ṭar ‘When I’d seen her, I felt in my heart: “She will not catch me.” But it was not for nothing that I mentioned my head to you. Then I said to myself:“If she seizes me here by the head, she will catch me”’ (CSOL I 18:22)
