a. ésaˁk ˁag men ḥaḷf di-šérḥeḳ ‘I met a man from another area, far away from us’ (CSOL I 18:31)

b. yeˁoṭíbin di-kése ˁaf ľisáˁ díˀʸheʰ ṣáḥeb di-ˁóṭib ˁeʸh yeẓ̂áḷaˁ heʸh wa-yeˀófiš ‘He seizes any (animal) he can find. When he meets the owner of the animal he took, he tells him (about it) and pays him’ (CSOL I 28:19)

The 3 sg. m. form ésaˁ corresponds to Ia, whereas the 3 sg. f. form esóˁoʰ corresponds with Ib (see Naumkin et al. 2014a:30).
