béḷog ŝeľɛ ŝkim di-sferíyye wa- tóˀo ŝíni ˁésen engέrmez nétog wa-ḷaṭ ḳóḥof wa-ˀénkaˁ héyki kor etέyo gέrmozk tósen wa-ḷaṭ ˁámok ḥa deš kóusɛ kaḷ guˁ taˁdíbo ‘He threw a handful of rice into the pan and when he saw that the rice was somehow cooked, he took the pan off, laddled the rice out and set it for us to eat. I gnawed on it a bit, then I said: “Where else can this be found? If not hunger, then this torture!”’ (CSOL III 38:2)
