wa-ḷaṭ máẓ̂aˁk dor di-ˀéˀteb wa-ˀem-báˁad-ˀaḷ máẓ̂aˁk toy emtέdidk toy ḷe-méžred men ri ˁaf yekέˀɛ mey ḥaḷf de di-róuẓ̂af ˁey óˀoben wa-yóuḷɛ bey ḷaḷ anáḳḳaľ toy men ḥaḷf id-ḥaḷf ‘Then I chewed the sap and, having chewed it, I spread it upon the splitted palm-branch rib starting from its upper part, till only the lower part was left without sap, the part upon which a stone is put (to fix it) and by which it is held when I move it from one place to another’ (CSOL III 30:13)
