kaḷ boḳ se múškiľa be-ˁáṣho di-ˀeyhɛríki men ḳáne wa-gaˀfɔ́nten di-šéros  béki sáˁte wuksέ aḷ-ˁad yeṭóhor ‘The real problem was the nausea tormenting us from inside and then the dizziness that’s been with us for a long time since and may not ever leave us’ (CSOL III 16:72)
