wa-de ˁag di-zómil še wa-yeḥotíḷin še ḷe-meḳáṭif aḷ-kɔḷ máˁtef wa-bek ho aḷ-kέno bile ‘Now, this man, who was loading the camel with me and fixing the load-packs, was unable to do it properly, he was unskillfuľ (Bulakh 2024:200)

• máḥteľ the fourth stage in the growth of a palm sapling
• ḥtoḷ to bind, to wrap
• máḥteḷ the ropes serving for tying up the load-packs on a camel
