When I finally removed the skin, there remained a patch on the skin, in the belly area – so hard did it stick to the meat. Then my father came and said: “Shame upon you, oh that man who was flaying here!” Then he saw me and said: “Who was the one who was flaying here?” I said: “Don’t ask me. There are many careless boys all around”’ (CSOL III 21:30)
