ksek tɛʰ di-ŝíraˁ be-ḳáneʰ di-harábi wa-ho gédaḥk men bɛr wa-ˀö́ḳref fe mɛr men goˁ wa-tóˀo gédaḥk kor éte men deʰ tɛʰ šáṭik toʸh wa-ˁéfen meʸh ṭay waḷ-yéštoy men aˁtéfɛn ‘I found some meat that was hung inside of a hut. And I have just come home from outside, and my stomach was aching out of hunger. But when I was about to eat some of this meat, I smelled it, and its smell was nasty, and it was not possible to eat it because of the bad smell’ (Bulakh 2024:166)
