tóˀo ḳaríb wa-ˀemáḷaˁ ŝírhi ŝínik tóˀo ˁámor mógzihir be-ganḥ wa-ˁégeb ḷintébaˁ gezk ˁey wa-ŝerk bey ˁaf emáḷaˁš wa-ˀaḷ-ḥébor ḳέyri wa-ʸhe ľaw ṭad di-yáḥŝey yeˁázomš wa-yentébaˁ kẽy ‘As I was going to take off a skin from a (slaughtered) animal, I noticed that the skin started to split on the breast, and was nearly bursting. I cut it a bit, and then worked carefully on it and took it off, so that the skin remained undamaged (without torn parts or holes). If it had been someone else, the skin would have been spoiled (lit. would disgrace him) and torn’ (Bulakh 2024:204)
