a. ŝínik óˀoz štégnoʰ ŝɔb wa-tóˁod be-taľát wa-deš tsáḳaḷ ‘I saw a goat which had a broken leg. She was walking on three legs and raising the one which was broken’ (Bulakh 2024:158)

b. wa-ʸhómen ʸháḷaḥ id-ri di-ˁarέbeʰ rézrez wa-natḥᵃẓ̂óʰ beʸh ˁaf yešógen díˀʸheʰ ŝɔb wa-štégnoʰ aḷ-ˁad yekób wa-yeráḳaḥ nhɔfš kal keʰ zʸɛf ‘One day he jumped on a stone fence which was loose (not fastened with cement) and it collapsed under him, and he broke his leg: it was broken, and he could not go in and out anymore by himself, but he had to be carried’ (Bulakh 2024:158)
