a. wa-gedóḥoʰ di-ˁáṣar wa-ˀebróḥoʰ deʸh di-fέne wa-ḥóṭif mes ṭáˀḥɛḷ wa-ˀaḷ-ḥatéṭaf ‘Then a botfly came and landed upon the man’s face. He tried to sweep off its larvae, but they did not lend themselves to be swept away’ (Bulakh 2024:145)
