a. ṭáfoʰ ḥe ḷeṣáḷ triʰ rakˁáti wa-tédoʰ ḥe ˁaf tšέrḳaḥ éˀereʰ ‘Give me time (you two) to bow twice in prayer and leave me in peace until the moon appears’ (CSOL I 4:7)

b. ḷέhɛmk rího wa-ˀékobk di-mésgid wa-ṣáľik triʰ rakˁáti wa-kések tóʸhen di-ˁan yetéte ‘I washed up, entered the mosque and bowed twice. I saw they were finishing the prayer’ (CSOL II 5:6)
