ḥéyhe ḷaḷ yíken be-ˁamḳ di-ˀέˀɛfo yíken di-dóˁo wa-ˀaḷ-yíken di-meḥáyľeheľ kor yemtsóḷen ˁiš έˀɛfo be-ḫeyr wa-yíken razín aḷ-yešmέtoḷ mέtaḷ di-ˀaḷ-šénfaˁ ˁan ḷaḷ yešmέtoḷ yeftkéren ifúḷ yešmέtoḷ aḷ-yebáṭbeṭ mέtaḷ di-baḷ kᵉre ‘When somebody is before the people, he should act reasonably and not with diffidence, so that people will speak well of him. He must take care; he shouldn’t say anything wrong. When he says something, he should think about what he’s saying and not prattle endlessly’ (CSOL III 13:2)
