ˁag di-ˀaḷ-bírok wa-ˁaréneg šɛḷḳéfey ľiskáˁ mesékaˁ wa-ľibrέk ḷe-ḳáŝˁer di-ˀoz wa-ľiknέz wa-ľitέtɛ ˁíkif aḷ-tóˀo de di-yekó ḷe éˀed di-šíyaḥ wa-yešaṭíˀin de aḷ-yesóḷek mesékaˁ wa-ke Séḷok yedáḥaẓ̂ wa-ˀaḷ-yebórek ḷe-ˁáni di-tɔ́mer ˁar ke bérok aḷ-yetéte nέfaˁ wa-ke téte ṭáˁḷe taˁámer šey áˁẓ̂af wa-ˀaḷ-tebḥídid 'A man who has nothing with his knees or hamstrings is fit to cross great distances and kneel to stuff a large skin with dates and bind that skin's mouth – not like someone who puts his fingers in his armpits and then sniffs them: such a man won't cross any great distances, and if he does, his foot will slip, and he won't be able to kneel down over a date-skin , and even if he does, he won't be able to complete his task, for even if he completes it, the skin will be covered in wrinkles, not smooth' (CSOL III 13:2)
