a. wa-ˁážeʰ kɔn mes gad wa-mes ŝérhon wa-mes íˀidi fáḥre tóˀo kɔn mabľúľ dem wa-ŝars liˀénneʰ ḫáľafat ˁaľa ľ-ˁahd ḫáľafat ḷe-mógzihim ‘As for the woman, all of her body, her feet, her hands, all of it became moist, pus and ulcers, because she had violated the oath’ (CSOL II 4:58)
b. šḥᵃme bes ˁeyyúg wa-ˀaḷ-tɛmíˁoʰ tebˁóḷ ľiˀénneʰ aḷ-ríẓ̂oʰ ˁéʸhen ‘Men were asking for her hand, but she did not want to marry because she was dissatisfied with them’ (CSOL II 13:2)
c. méraṭk tóyki mugšími énneʰ deʰ mébrehe be-mɛr ti di-bíyyoʰ keʰ ṣámik aḷľirέt díˀʸho be-mɛľ ľiˀénneʰ deʰ mébrehe aḷ-bɛrníˀho ‘I warn you, oh my sons: this child in the womb of your mother— when I die, he shall not inherit any of my wealth, because this child is not my son’ (CSOL II 14:15)
d. wa-ho aḷ-ˁak ˁodk ľiˀénneʰ éˀtoḷk eṣk tos ‘But I, I did not go there anymore, because I was scared. I was afraid of the woman’ (CSOL II 16:17)
