ḥédomk ke-ṭad wa-kíhin aḷ-ˀeštaráṭna díˀki ḷe-ḫédmaʰ wa-tóˀo tétek hiš díˀʸheʰ nέfaˁ ˁö́mor énhi έhɛ díˀɛʰ di-nέfaˁ wa-ho aḷ-réẓ̂ik wa-ˁag deʰ di-nífaˁ šeʸh ˁeẓ̂ wa-ẓ̂áľem ˁö́mor énhi kaḷ ˁéyyek tóˁod ˁámok fedέ ezáˁa dέnˁaʰ aḷ-ˀáḥsan énhi ŝéľhɛḷ ‘I was working for someone, and we had not previously agreed on the conditions for the work. When I completed my work for him, he said to me: “This is for your work.” I was not happy with this, but the man I worked for was strong and tyrannical. He said to me: “If you don’t want this, go!” So I said to myself: “So be it. I’ll take this—is it not better than nothing?” (CSOL II 24:12f)
