a. be-ŝérhi di-ḥéyhe ŝef di-ṣ̌éyor wa-be-ŝérhi di-ˀérhon ŝef di-déḷaḳ ‘On human skin there is little hair, whereas on goat skin there is much hair’ (CSOL II 1:2)
b. báˁad-ˀaḷ míľaṭ yeḥóurɛ men ḳáľyof di-ḷéḳhɛm wáľľa ḳáľyof di-ˀéˀteb wa-ḷaṭ ougέˀɛn wa-bouḷógen di-ŝérhi wa-ˀouṭáben beʸh ‘After the hair is plucked (from the hide), the bark of the ḷ.-tree or the bark of e.-tree is sought out, which must be pounded and put into the hide and beaten into it’ (CSOL II 9:17)
