wa-deš ˁážeʰ di-biˁíľoʰ ses máḥref yešḥárofs ˁaf ḷaḷ yeṭóhor díˀseʰ ˁag díˀʸheʰ di-bestán di-tímhɛr ‘That woman that was married (to him) had a lover, who was intimate with her whenever her husband went out to his palm grove’ (CSOL I 5:3)

fɔ́ne έˀɛfo yešḥáref ṭahidídšen ˁag wa-ˁážeʰ ˁaf tegodíḥn isľám wa-ḥárram dέnˁaʰ náfaˁ ‘In earlier times, people used to make love with each other, a man and a woman. But then the Islam came and declared this mater illicit’ (field notes)
