nafáˁan ṭey ˁéno béstan wa-reẓ̂óˁo óˀoben ˁag tóˀo ṣetk díˀyhe ŝɔb ṭaháro mey kέrŝe di-ˀéṣbeˁ di-ŝɔb wa-ˀebˁírir dor wa-yɛˀɛsíˁin di-ˀítin
‘One year we were building the fence of a palm-grove, and a stone hit a man. When I looked at his foot, it turned out that the tip of one of his toes was almost gone, and the finger was bleeding very profusely (lit. ‘springing up to the heaven’)’ (CSOL III 39:8)
