ṭahέren ho wa-ˁeghéten noˁogíľin ḷe-ˁarús wa-mezfeféten tóˀo egáḥan be-siyáraʰ wa-ˀeráḥan be-ˁamḳ di-ḥádeb ˁárˁer ˁeghéten tóˀo ŝíni siyáraʰ di-ˁarús gedóḥoʰ ˁárˁer wa-ḳéṣaˁ bésen di-baḷ ḥaḳḳ ˁaf testóˀod ṭeʸh id-ḥóʸhi wa-bíŝi di-féḳad tos ‘Some women and I went to meet the bride and those who accompany the bride during the wedding. When we got into a pick-up truck and were on our way, the women started to cheer (to cry in the special way as is usually done at the weddings), as they saw the car of the bride come. While they were cheering, something went wrong (because they all came to one side of the car) so that one of them fell over to the ground, and nobody noticed her’ (Bulakh 2024:130)
